I usually love Paula Deen's recipes but this one was thumbs down for me... the dressing was super thick - it was more of a dip than a salad dressing. These rice balls are the bomb!! This was the first time I ever made rice balls, a little challenging but proud to say that they turned out beautifully and delicious! I was so proud!! From reading of other reviews I doubled the amount of the risotto, I still had some ragu left. These were fabulous!! Worth the work!

This was the first time I made 'homemade' sausage and it was very good!! I did not use Grade B maple syrup since all I had at home was Grade A but honestly I can not imagine much difference in flavor! These sausages are delicious!!
