"Really good recipe, I have even used different veggies or when I didn't have zucchini I left it out. Mexican squash also works very well. Its a hearty soup that will leave you satisfied on a cold winter day.
"Fantastic recipe, this is pretty close to my fathers Carne Asada recipe. Letting it marinate for the right amount of time is very important, don't go any less than 30 minutes. If the flavor seems off you might have overdone the lime juice. Sometimes a little beer in the marinade is a plus, I will try that next time.
Reading, snowboarding, watching too much TV at times. I love trying new recipes, beats going out and spending $40 or more for two for a meal that is okay. Most of us can cook just as well or better at home.
