"This was a very tasty sorbet. I took another reviewer's suggestion and used half Limoncello and half vodka which turned out very well. I also cut the sugar in half and it was plenty sweet enough. I know Alton loves to measure by weight, I only wish he would give approximate conversions for recipes like this where proportions don't need to be exact"
