"Thank you, Aarti, for this recipe that I will make again and again! So delicious and different. Even my mom who doesn't like anything spicy or exotic (and "doesn't like" Indian food) loved it! One suggestion for other who want to try...I could only find unsweetened coconut in flakes, not shredded. It was a bit much to chew...next time I would throw it in food processor to shred first. Keep it up - love your show and so many of your recipes!
