"It was quite tasty, but I may have done something wrong; the vinegar mixture didn't get as thick as I expected. I'm going to try it again, though.
I'm mostly cooking for just my husband and me now. I'm a pretty decent cook, but I don't have the space, nor the availablitiy of ingredients, to do as many recipes as I'd like to try.
