Delicious. It mde a lot of extra sauce, though. I added halved cherry tomatos to the sauce while it was thickening up. I'm interested to see how the leftover sauce reheats the next day.

Super good cream cheese spread. I added a tiny bit of minced fresh dill. So good with or without the salmon.

Delish! A last minute search on foodnetwork for a recipe calling for shredded chicken. Glad I found it. It was the easiest thing to do. Froze the pancetta for 30 min first to make the chopping easier. I used the herbs from our herb garden so they were so fresh, and I think that played a big part of the flavor. I halved all of the ingredients...
