Reviewed Chicken Marsala

"WOW !!! I made this for dinner last night and it turned out amazingly fantastic !!! I am an intermediate cook and I found the recipe very easy. It turned out better than the chicken marsala I have made in the past and better than most any I have eaten in any restaurant - even the high end ones w/ a $30+/entree price tag! Used fresh chopped basil in the flour - seared the herbs into the breast-YUM-omitted most all the other herbs as I was using the fresh basil. I used baby portobella mushrooms and did use the fresh chives to finish at the end. Substituted chardonnay I had in the fridge for the marsala and it still came out fantastic and looked exactly like the picture on the recipe page!!! I highly recommend you making this - it will not disappoint! Would be great to impress a date or your in laws - or for a dinner party. Thanks Emeril for another amazing recipe - YOU ROCK =
