amazing! i love this recipe so much more than traditional meatloaf because it tastes nothing like hamburger. the flavor is so rich and layered. also, the meat was incredibly moist and fell apart when i cut into it. i used a meat thermometer and took it out at 170 degrees, which was perfect. the balsamic glaze on top looked burnt, but it wasn't at...
