This recipe is sooooo good.I tweakk it a little bit,Instead of cayenne pepper,I used cajun season,and instead grapeseed oil,I used vegetable oil.I thought when I cook the blackened talapia, it would taste spicy and dried out,but that's not the case.Next time when I prepare this recipe I won't use the tongs,but the spatula."
