I work for the the plumbers and pipefitters union as a welder.I surf fish in Long Beach Island for fun.I can not get enough about 18th century living,I can trace my familys past right to these times.I love cooking because of my Mother, who was German and French.She could cook anything from pastry,candies,breads to a five course meal.And never opened a cookbook.Jacques Pepin and Walter Staib are the best chefs in the world in my opion.
Favorite Foods
My favorite dish is leg of lamb.Roasted cornish game hens with cured dried beef stuffing, with cranberry and candied ginger sauce people say thats one of my best.Fogo-de-chao Brazilian restaurant in Philadephia is the place to go.
