"This is really easy and gives a nice twist on tuna salad. I recommend going light on the hot sauce because I think that vinegar brings out fishiness of tuna. The artichoke makes this worth it. Oh, almost forgot, I used less than 1/2 cup of mayo and it was plenty moist. Can't even imagine it with a full cup. "
