“Great Company recipe... The best part is that it can be made the day before and cooked the day of your party so that the host/hostess can actually relax and enjoy themselves too.
Definately double the recipe for the bechamel.
Cooked ground sausage is also great in this intead of the prosciutto (which is very hard to detect.
