Reviewed Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Very good, but two complaints. It feeds an army. If you need to fortify 20 people, this is your dip. Otherwise cut it in half. And as usual, it takes longer than the time listed for the recipe, unless you are lucky enough to have a sous chef like Emeril. And one more small thing, the garlic can overwhelm a tad. Less would be better.
