Reviewed Smothered BBQ Chicken on Texas Toast

"Made this for my wife and she loved it. My advice would be that the cooking time in the recipe was a little short. I needed to let my chicken go longer in the oven to get the shredding I wanted. To save time and $$ on ingredients, I used store bought BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's) and added some chili flakes to give it an extra kick. Made the pickle"
