My Activity

Reviewed Vegetarian Chili

"Very good. Used dried beans instead of canned and added 6 cups water. I cooked it in a pot on the stove as I am not a real fan of the slow cooker. I like the couscous for texture, good idea."

Reviewed Beets With Chive Cream

"Yes, this is tasty all right. I always boil my beets but would like to try roasting. Roasting veggies is always better than boiling. I love greek yogurt and chives so this was a match made in heaven (sorry Food Network). Beets, Greek yogurt, and chives = Yum! "

Reviewed Marinated Chicken Thighs

"I did not enjoy this recipe at all. I followed it exactly but without the pink pepper corns. There was no flavor at all. Needs some acidic flavor to incorporate the herbs."

Reviewed Pesto Cream Tortellini

"I cut the fat back by using 1/2 cup 2 percent milk plus 1/2 cup fat free half and half.
Used TJ 's pesto filled tortellini. Quick, easy, and tasty. "

Reviewed Cauliflower With Tomatoes

"Very easy, very tasty, and very good for you. I did not use the lemon juice because I am not fond of it.

Reviewed Cauliflower-Goat Cheese Gratin

"I loved it! I did change the heavy cream to half and half and only used one cup. Everything else was pretty much the same. I did not experience the "soupy" that everyone is referring to. There was a small amount of clear liquid in the bottom of the dish from something separating, I'm not sure exactly what. When I sampled a small amount of cauliflower out of the dish it left me a small hole to pour off the liquid. What a great way to indulge in a healthy vegetable.

Reviewed Spicy Pumpkin Seeds

"I loved these seeds! They are the BEST pumpkin seed I have ever had. I don't see myself ever buying a bag of pumpkin seeds from the store again. Very easy to make and they came out perfect. Thanks Emeril for a healthy snack.
