I adore the Barefoot Contessa, but this recipe failed to please. There is way too much salt specified in the recipe. Also, it is not a sensible use of lobster meat, which is delicate tasting and expensive. Far better, if you are going to buy lobster, to just eat it alone with a little butter; this recipe drowns out its flavor. I'm going to retry...
