"I had the same issue other bakers had with the dough being crumbly and read the recipe 4x's just to make sure it wasn't missing a binding ingredient. Solution: Add 1 large egg and mix until the dough comes together and cleans the mixing bowl. Use a mini cookie scooper to portion the cookies, bake for 15 minutes and the cookies are very tasty.The recipe yielded 63 cookies.
