This is delicious! I made as directed with the exception of using some dark soy with the regular soy. I was a bit nervous with the large amount of garlic and ginger but that is beautifully balanced by the hoisin sauce. My only caution is to avoid leaf lettuce; it is not strong enough to hold the wrap together. I will use iceberg next time."

I was looking for a recipe to use the Swiss Chard from my garden. This recipe hits it out of the park. It is relatively easy, full of flavor, and good the day it is baked as well as the day after. We loved this! Made it as directed. Agree that green onion would add another layer of flavor. Served with celery and crackers before a family dinner. Enjoyed the little bit that was left over on toast. This will become a staple at my parties!"
