Just tried this recipe with Veggie Stock. THE BEST!! The only modification that I made was that I only used 2 cups if loosely packed basil leaves instead of 4. I also added fresh Rosemary and Sage, and a few leaves of Oregano. This recipe is definitely a keeper!""
