Reviewed Throwdown's German Chocolate Cake with Coconut-Pecan-Cajeta Frosting, Chocolate Ganache and Coconut Whipped Cream

I am SO disappointed. I just spent an hour and a half making the caramel filling, only to have the throw the whole thing away. It didn't thicken up enough, it was bitter tasting, and it BROKE! I spent an hour stirring and stirring but it never came together again. I am glad I didn't add the coconut and pecans to it, that would have really bummed...
