"ehh i wasn't a total fan, although my guests were. i think i might just not like the taste of gruyere - i like a cheesier cheddar taste to my mac and cheese. it was very mild and there seemed to be a ton of breadcrumbs on it which didn't add much to the dish. consistency wise it was good, and cooked nicely, i just wasn't a big fan of the flavor."

Reviewed Balsamic Chicken with Baby Spinach

"Excellent! I used diced tomatos in tomato sauce instead of lower sodium ones and the taste was great. The tomatoes soaked up the vinegar nicely and it had such a wonderful flavor. My only problem was cooking the garlic with the chicken - the garlic began to get too brown and I threw it out and supplemented some garlic powder instead. I definitely would take the garlic out when the chicken goes in and then throw it back in at the end!"
