Dec 4, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This recipe was tasty. I didn't follow it completely because I was pressed for time, but I made large shells (the size down from the jumbo) and just made it as a macaroni and cheese thing rather than stuffing shells. I also used the diced pancetta which are almost like crumbles. It was delicious and I will definitely make this again and again! "

Eh it sounded good but I wasn't too fond of the sauce. The polenta was nice and creamy though.

I am the only one who thinks this. I might try again with other suggestions like cider vinegar and I think my husband added too much rosemary haha. Also, didnt use the bacon cause we didnt have any. ""

This recipe was alright, but I wasn't wowed. We had containers of frozen lobster meat, so that probably didn't help with the taste. I think it needed more garlic and maybe a hint of chipotle.

I think this recipe would be tastier without the beans and use shrimp instead of lobster. ""
