“This recipe was tasty. I didn't follow it completely because I was pressed for time, but I made large shells (the size down from the jumbo) and just made it as a macaroni and cheese thing rather than stuffing shells. I also used the diced pancetta which are almost like crumbles. It was delicious and I will definitely make this again and again! "”

“This is a tasty soup. I didn't have plum tomatoes since they are out of season so I used a can of tomatoes and chopped them. It actually made the dish very saucy but delciouus!! Definitely a keeper and hits the spot on a cold night. Can't wait to make this again. "”

“Eh it sounded good but I wasn't too fond of the sauce. The polenta was nice and creamy though.
I am the only one who thinks this. I might try again with other suggestions like cider vinegar and I think my husband added too much rosemary haha. Also, didnt use the bacon cause we didnt have any. ""”

My husband loved it...we aren't so keen on brown rice, but mixed with the onions, butter and cooked w the stock...it was outstanding!!
I didn't have real maple syrup, so I cut half of the dosage in half and replaced it with pancake syrup, the rest honey...yummy!""”

“So far, so good. The only change I would make is to either grill or bake the eggplant because if you oil the pan (like others said too) eggplant ABSORBS LIKE A SPONGE! Towards the end because I got tired of almost having to wring the eggplant out, I rubbed the eggplant with oil on both sides with my hands, just so I didn't have oily soaked eggpla...”

“This is pretty tasty. I had to come here and check this out, because I was afraid it was undercooked...depending on your oven though I would keep it in longer than 40-50 minutes. I took it out at 40 and it was still very uncooked in the center, so I put it back to the full 50 and still wasn't happy. So I turned the oven off and just popped it in ...”

“This recipe was alright, but I wasn't wowed. We had containers of frozen lobster meat, so that probably didn't help with the taste. I think it needed more garlic and maybe a hint of chipotle.
I think this recipe would be tastier without the beans and use shrimp instead of lobster. ""”
