"Use more cheese and less red curry paste. The panko is an excellent finish to this dish which really separates it from other mac & cheese dishes. One of our dinner guests who is a curry fanatic is planning his own assault on this dish; something about bacon and green onions...keep the recipes coming Aarti - we really enjoyed the show this morning.
