"Great Recipe, but Paula you need to state how much 'House Seasoning" to add to recipe. I am an experienced cook, so I knew not to add ALL the house seasoning to the recipe, I only added a small palm-full (Like Rachael Ray does...but I noticed on the reviews that the people that did not like it had added ALL the house seasoning. Anyone that cooks on a regular basis would know not to do that.
