Reviewed Spinach Salad with Sweet Roasted Pecans and Gorgonzola with Sherry Shallot Vinaigrette

I added some cayenne to the pecans before roasting. Used one medium shallot and champagne instead of sherry vinegar. It went quickly and everyone loved the dressing. A very simple and delicious salad."

Very simple and delicious. The cheese melts wonderfully and the egg noodles add a great texture. Winner of my office holiday party's best side to raves reviews. I skipped the ham and added some Italian breadcrumbs on top.""
