Reviewed Salmon Croquettes

"This is a great, quick meal! I followed the recipe as written, and they turned out delicious! If you are on a budget and need a quick, but delicious meal, this is the way to go. I actually used the Wal-mart brand salmon in a can to make the salmon croquettes.

And, on the video, Paula mentioned that her sons ate this with syrup. I am woman enou""

Reviewed Pecan Crusted Chicken Tenders and Salad with Tangy Maple Dressing

"Great recipe! I followed the recipe as stated with the exception of using a regular salad mix instead of the romaine lettuce. Also, I forgot to use scallions, I'll remember to use them next time. I did not use radishes (don't like the taste of them. Instead of the pecans, I bought a small bag with crushed pecan and nuts - it worked just fine for m"

Reviewed Grilled Salmon with Citrus Salsa Verde

"I am not a salmon fan, but I could eat this grilled salmon with citrus salsa verde everyday! I used all of the ingredients for the salsa verde. The only thing I added extra was chopped cilantro. I did not put agave on the salmon. I only just seasoned it and then grilled it. This is a really, really GOOD recipe! "

Reviewed Balsamic Chicken Drumettes

"This recipe is absolutely delicious! I did not follow the directions as directed. The changes I made: I did not marinate the chicken. I baked the chicken first. While the chicken is baking, I put the ingredients in one pan and let the sauce cook and simmer until it get thick. Once the chicken if fully baked and done, I pour the sauce on the chicken and then sprinkle on the sesame seeds. This works best for me as I don't have time to marinate anything for 2 hours!

I used maply syrup instead of honey and it worked out just fine. I didn't use parsley. I have done this with chicken breast and chicken drum sticks, and chicken wings. Excellent taste and very easy to make.

Reviewed Asian Lettuce Wraps

"Very good and tasty! I used chicken breast. I omitted the peanuts, but I did use carrots to give it a crunch. I also used sesame oil and a little bit of vegetable oil to cook the chicken. I actually used romaine lettuce and it worked just fine! The hoisin sauce really makes it tasty. You must use it! Also, make sure you use the ginger, scallions, and garlic! I give it two thumbs up!

Reviewed Braised Mustard Greens

"Great Recipe! However, I had to tweak it for better taste (reason for 4 stars). I did not have bacon, so I used smoked porked neckbones. I also cut up garlic, onions, and cilantro - this is what really gave it a great taste. I put the garlic, onions, and cilantro in with the neckbones, then put in the chopped mustard greens mixed in with some kale. Everything else I used according to the recipe ingredients.
