"AWESOME RECIPE!! I made this, using this recipe word for word about 2 weeks ago & invited a friend over to kinda sample this recipe with me! I am a conscious, cultured, artistic, creative, active and outgoing cat-loving young lady of Caribbean descent, who is an "undercover" (LOL!) foodie. I am 1st generation born here in the U.S. I had always loved the kitchen and being in the kitchen with family learning whatever I could since I was very young. I started cooking when I was 9-10 years old. As I was growing up I'd always look forward to going back to the "Ol' country" (Trinidad & Tobago) because every year that I went back I always came back with better cooking skills and more knowledge of my native cuisine.
Now, being a recent cancer survivor I'm struggling to get back up to my fighting weight. I've also started to be much more interested in baking ever since I made some Strawberry, walnut scones with orange zest that came out beautifully. So trying to develop my baking skills and building up my dessert recipe repretoire...& drink recipes also...
I look forward to an enlightening fulfilling learning and EATING experience on here & wouldn't mind interacting with fellow lovers of FOOD & LIFE... P E A C E everyone out there in RecipeZaar land!!!!
P.S.: ANY attractive young men (28-38) out there who are Culinarily inclined esp. more than myself feel free to share a recipe or 10! lol!.....Heck it's worth a try....!!lol
Favorite FoodsI'm more than willing to try anything properly prepared at least once. I do not eat pork, most shellfish, foods with too much heat (not spice, there IS a DIFFERENCE), and seafoods without fins and scales.
