"We make this over and over again for large parties. I cut back on the pasta a bit so that I can really taste the flavors of the lemon and tomatoes. The heirlooms are where it's at- I have substituted them for regular beefsteak or romas and they are no comparison. I like to make it a day in advance and put it in a big ziploc in the fridge.
