“This recipe definitely needs some modifications. I wouldn't cook your pasta in the broccoli rabe water, as the only flavor it will have from the rabe is the bitterness that leeched out. That's the whole point of blanching it. I would also add some caramelized onions and add some sun dried tomatoes if you're a fan. "”
