I put this in the oven at 475 and left to pick up kids, when I came back 25 minutes later the house was full of smoke. I thought it was all over, I turned heat to 350 and cooked for an additional 45 minutes and it came about perfect. Everyone raved. I would maybe cook at 425 for 25 minutes and then turn to 375 or 350 for another hour or hour and...
