"A great recipe and very easy for a first timer. I modified the recipe a little, using dark brown sugar and adding nutmeg and a bit more of the other spices into the mix. I let it stew for the better part of the day on low heat and it came out perfect. Once done and cooled and the hubby tasted it, he just wanted to keep the spoon and keep 'tasti"
