"I have to agree that this is one of the best meatloaf recipes I have made to date. Extremely high on the flavor meter and very juicy. This time I had to improvise because I did not have any french fried onions or regular bread crumbs. I used Panko bread crumbs but i had nothing, not even onion powder in my pantry (We are about to move so trying to have to less to move right now lol)

Still very delicious and very easy to make. One tip i can give is to chop up your bacon first and then cook it in a pan. this cooked much faster because i could put it all in the pan at once, and I didn't have to sit there and crumble it all up. Thanks Paula for such a delicious recipe!
