I, like many others, think this is an awesome recipe. I've never had a pasta salad this good or one that I have enjoyed more and I made it with a quinoa spiral pasta I purchased at the health food store. Can't wait to serve it to my hubby for dinner tonight. INA GARTEN IS THE BEST. Love, love, love her show and recipes."

I made this yesterday and shared it with two neighbors as well as my husband. Talk about rave reviews! And, I even forgot to put the first sugar/cinnamon layer over the peaches - just had the sugar/cinnamon/pecans on top and it was still outstanding. We all thought it was great without the extra sugar.

The only change I made to Ina's original recipe was to use dried cranberries instead of raisins. These are "to die for"! My husband said these were the best oatmeal cookies he has ever eaten. Thank you, Ina!!"

Was apprehensive about the sauce but once it was on the tomatoes/asparagus it was awesome. Only used 2T. of Dijon mustard, 2T. of honey and 1 tsp. of prepared horseradish. It was tame but we loved it. Will make this sauce again and again."

Outrageously delicious! Used spinach instead of arugula, no-salt added diced tomatoes and 3 oz. of pancetta. Did not add any additional salt to the dish. Made for hubby on Valentine's Day. He couldn't get enough of it! Thank you, Giada, for a simple and absolutely divine meal.
