Reviewed Frittata with Asparagus, Tomato, and Fontina

Excellent and easy. I sauteed a chopped shallot with the asparagus. I was hesitant to put my non stick skillet under the broiler for 5 minutes so I used a cast iron skillet. It worked fine but I did shorten the cooking time. Husband said a definite keeper recipe."

We add about 1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper to the spices. This is a great quesadilla recipe. Serve with Rachel Ray's Black Bean and Corn Salad."

We've made this turkey for several years. It is excellent but we do make a few modifications. We do not use the allspice berries, candied ginger or cinnamon stick. We put a little water in the roasting pan. We start it at 450 instead of 500 to prevent smoking.

Reviewed Green Beans with Caramelized Onions and Almonds

Excellent and easy to make. I used 4T olive oil instead of 5T and could probably cut the oil back to 3T. I cooked everything the day before and stored each component separately. Reheated the green beans and onions and combined with the almonds right before serving. Next time I might decrease the green beans to 2 1/2 lbs.

This was great, we serve it every Thanksgiving. We did not add the raisins and only used about 1 1/4 cups sugar. It will set up while it cools.
