"Watched this being made on Food Network UK and it looked yummy. I have to admit to "turning up my nose" at meatloaf - I always thought of it as what my Aunt used to call "washing day" dinner. In other words, a meal thrown together in a hurry, without much thought, on a busy day. The 1770 house meatloaf has completely converted me!
