Easy and delicious! As others have noted, not too sweet, which is perfect for me. I used organic whole wheat flour, 3 TBs of coconut palm sugar plus one TB of Splenda for the sweetener, 2% organic milk, Pete & Gerry's organic eggs (room temp), and topped with some toasted walnut pieces.
