Reviewed Grilled Eggplant and Goat Cheese Salad
"Good. Good change from my regular salads. I didn't realize how much I like eggplant. The only thing I would change is lowering or taking out the mint.... too overpowering! It's been 2 hours since I ate it and I still have that mint taste in my mouth! Overall though, great salad!"
