My Activity

Reviewed Easy Peach Cobbler

"Very good, easily halved, just bake in smaller dish. Only took 30 minutes in the oven. Will save to my recipe file!"

Reviewed Parmesan-Crusted Pork Chops

"I hate to repeat what so many have said but this is the best recipe! I used center cut bone in chops and let them sit on a cooling rack for 30 minutes or so before cooking. I had to use two pans and cook two batches due to the chop size, but returned the cooked chop to the cooling rack and into a 200 degree oven.

The chop was flavorful, moi"

Reviewed Italian Marinated Chicken with Red Potatoes

"I normally love Melissa's recipes but this one I may not make again. The marinade for the chicken is great though. Reviewed Flour Tortillas

"7-15-12 For how easy this it, it's a five! Made these just after the show aired this morning. She used a food processor (which I used and also used just short of 1/2 c water. I did not have shortening, so I used marjarine instead and also used the butter.

Reviewed Lemon Tea Cake

"Cake went together very quickly so an easy dessert to make on a weeknight. The cake was light and raised double in the 8 x 8 pan. Not sure if this is the reason but I added the dry ingredients in the wet bowl (without sifting together) then added the lemon juice and it started to fizzle when it hit the baking powder. My co-workers liked the cake""
