"Really tasty. I placed the stuffed tomatoes atop butter lettuce leaves on large individual plates- very elegant. I only used about half of the dressing and next time I think I might add either chopped celery or chopped taragon- a little more punch would be nice. Lovely summer recipe. "

"So delicious. A true comfort meal for any season. I read the other reviews and cut the olive oil, and added less salt. Next time, I will delete the salt altogether. I love salt, but the fontina already had enough, and I used a rosemary baguette for dipping, which didn't need anymore either. Such a simple, but beautiful dish! Thanks again, In"
Reviewed Watermelon and Arugula Salad
"Absolutely delicious! A perfect summer salad. I made this exactly as is for my husband and myself. All of the flavors work perfectly together- the peppery arugula with the sweet watermelon and salty parmesan- just wonderful together, but so is everything Ina makes! A keeper for sure!"
