“I'm very confused by the accounts that this chicken is too salty. Are these folks dredging the chicken in the salt mixture? Because it clearly says "season with" which means to sprinkle some on the chicken. As a previous poster suggested, I used buffalo sauce as my hot sauce.
This is the best home fried chicken I have ever made....”
