"Love this! I tried it after reading the description in the Back to Basics book, and tried it with vodka the first time, and the next time, tried it with gin. You do have to adjust the sweetness (just a little sugar or honey works too) depending on the season and the tartness of the fruits, but overall one of my favorite cocktails. "
