"Great, easy, and delicious salsa. My other green salsa recipes said to boil the tomatillos first but roasting them gave them so much more flavor.
"This was a great recipe that got rave reviews when I served it. The second time I made it I though I could up the chocolate flavor so I used dark cocoa powder. Big mistake! because although it was just as delicious it did not look nearly as pretty as the first time as the darker chocolate discolored the flan. Thank-you Marcela for the great unusual recipe!
