This was so great. I used the oven instead of the grill. It came out really well-350 for about 5 minutes until crusty then I flipped it over and baked till crispy. Next time, I will use more roasted garlic in the oil to make it bolder. I made my own ricotta for this recipe...so easy (2% milk, heavy cream, and lemon juice--check out online videos)...

This was so tasty. Everyone I served it for had great things to say. I had extra sauce so I used it to make enchiladas a few days later. It was a great sauce.

This was a hit for Christmas dinner. It was tender, moist and delicious. I will be making this over and over again. The only adjustment I made was cooking it to 150 F and letting it sit for 20 minutes. The results was still medium rare in the middle where I put the thermometer. hmmm...I will cook maybe a bit more next time.
