These are so good. Like some other people said, I used plain greek yogurt instead of creme fraiche in the sauce and it was great. I've also made this with quinoa instead of couscous. I prefer the couscous because it ends up being a lot of quinoa to chew, but it's definitely an option."

This recipe is delicious! I had never even eaten kale before but decided to try this. The spicyness and cheese make it fantastic. Even veggie haters liked this recipe. "

This is a great gazpacho but believe the recipe when it says 8-10 servings. It makes a giant vat of soup. Next time I will cut it in half! Also I'd cut the salt down a little, it was a bit too much. Otherwise great!"

Reviewed Heirloom Tomato Panzanella

Jun 10, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I make this recipe all the time and I love it. I skip the red onion but I put all the rest in. I also don't peel the tomatoes, just take the seeds out so it isn't watery.

I am obsessed with panzanella so I alternate between this one, Ina's Greek Panzanella, and just the plain old bread, mozzarella, and balsamic vinegar variety....

These really are the best meatballs ever (sorry mom). Cooking the onion in advance and putting that in the meatball makes such a difference!"

Reviewed Braised Calamari Stuffed with Shrimp, Spinach, and Herbs

Jun 10, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This recipe is so easy and so delicious! My friends were impressed and I let them think it was much harder than it was. As someone said below, make sure you ask them for the biggest calamari tubes they have. I had leftover stuffing that I just made into patties and we ate them like crab cakes. That was delicious too. Jan 21, 2012 in Recipes on Cooking Channel

This salad is delicious! I have made it several times and people always find it very impressive. It can take a while to do in my apartment with just a little grill pan, but would be much faster on a real grill. Grilling makes otherwise bland zucchini have a lot of flavor. I could sit and eat a whole bowl of this stuff!""

These are so delicious. I used raspberry jam instead of strawberry. Definitely go a little sparingly on the water in the glaze or it can be pretty watery. My friends loved these scones!
