I liked it, my family didn';t. They said it was too stringy and grainy to beat my other recipe. I added abt. one tsp. vanilla, used dark chocolate coco, and also added abt. one tsp. mint extract. the flavor was really dark and minty. :) (The most likely reason for it being stringy was me cooking it too long, making the sugar start crystalizing...

Reviewed Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread

I made this x 8 (yes really :) ) And it turned out. I put in 8 cups of sugar instead of 16, and put in 2 cups of Splenda. I also put 1/2 applesauce and 1/2 canola oil. When you grease and flour the pans, it comes out beautifully. I love this recipe, it makes really moist bread."
