"This was fairly easy and very delicious. I made a big batch of Kalua pork in my crock pot this week, and used that to make the spring rolls. I also sub green cabbage for the napa cabbage and added shredded carotts. I also added extra garlic, ginger, and curry powder. The sauce was very good. I did leave out the oil though, it seemed like an odd ingredient for this type of sauce.
Overall very tasty! This would be an excellent and impressive appetizer for a party.
