"Delicious and so easy! REALLY YUMMY TIP: instead of crumbling your goat cheese cut them into 1/4 thick slices, dip them in an egg wash and dredge them through some Italian bread crumbs and fry. Two fried goat cheese medallions per person is good portion size. Makes this meal a wow! You can also add some cold torn chicken pieces for a little extra "
