"Wished I had read the comments before hand. The mixture was way too dry to bind into patties or have crumbs stick. I ended up adding two more TBLS of mayo and it worked out great.
There's a Rick Bayless salad my wife and I love. Romaine dressed in lime/cilantro/jal/garlic/olive oil/queso anejo topped with a guac and some grilled chicken marinated in the same dressing. Very good. After seeing this show, I thought I'd sub the chicken with that crabcake. Was a hit. Tho I'd probably serve the cake, salad, and guac seperately on the same plate next time instead of piled together.
Anyways, I've seen just a couple of episodes, and really enjoy the show.
