“I couldn't find Bulgar so I had to leave it out. Traded teriyaki sauce for the hoisen sauce.
This was DELICIOUS. Only other suggestion is using a little less vinegar and maybe soaking the cucumber and onion for about half as long-the taste was just a bit stronger than we prefer. (Rice wine vinegar very strong)"”
