These ribs were the best ribs I have ever eaten. Spicey and sweet, but not too spicey. After I did the spice rub and let them sit overnight in the refrigerator, I put them on a rack on a rimmed cookie sheet that had water in it and into a 250 degree oven for 3 hours.
